You can now enjoy a barbecue all year round in the Firefly, a gorgeous barbecue hut that sits in the potager garden at Pool House. We have made it super cosy with its deerskins, cushions, and fairy lights. The Scottish weather now doesn’t matter as you cosy up in this warm space and enjoy a barbecue with friends, family, or just yourselves.
Firefly is yours for 4 hours between 5 pm and 9 pm to cook up a storm. You will need to bring your own food and drink.
The cost is £60 for up to 4 people, £80 for 5 to 6 people, and £100 for 7 to 10 people. You’ll get everything you need including restaurant grade charcoal which stays hotter longer, plates, bowls, cooking, utensils, glasses, napkins, not forgetting marshmallows! We will also supply a cooler box to keep your food and drink chilled.
The barbecue will be lit and ready to go when you arrive so please ensure you arrive on time as the charcoal will be at optimum cooking temperature.
